We don't know about you, but we're a fan of taking short, quick breaks while we're at work instead of fewer longer ones. They shorter and more frequent breaks help us stay more productive and keep our energy levels up. They allow us to take a breath, recenter ourselves, and then get back to work. There aren't many things you can do in five minutes, but laughing is one of them! And, one of our favorite things to laugh at is cat memes - they're purrfectly hilarious and always make us smile!
